Business Analyst.

As a business analyst, you will determine what our needs are, and help to determine the best solution for the organization. You will liaise between the business and the technical team, As a business analyst you will ensure that requirements and specifications are communicated accurately, and any technical constraints or challenges are transmitted back to the business in business terms. You as a “Business Analyst” knows what is needed to ensure the success of our web project, understand our business goals as a whole, and can coordinate with the experts in each of the service areas like design, development, content, e-commerce, etc to bring all of the required elements together. By acting as the liaison between us and the technical team you will keep us up to date on the progress of all teams and can identify any potential integration issues by keeping an eye on the big picture. A separate project manager will be assigned to develop and maintain the project plan.
- As a key member of our team, you will interface primarily with the Subject Matter Experts, UI designers, and web developers to implement solutions defined during your meetings.
- Develop and facilitate functional requirements use cases and workflows.
- Create mock-ups for various web sites and applications.
- Exhibit outstanding technical and business friendly communication skills and be able to create strong rapport with team members and vendors.
- Exhibit experience in defining and facilitating requirements
- Prepare specification documents and business processes that will translate into meeting business objectives, assist in identifying a solution architecture, and creating a product road map leading to a successful web application
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
- Experience in Web design and development
- Well versed with Microsoft office suite
- U/I and U/X experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
- Strong Analytical, written communication and presentation skills
